The Housing Hub team offers a range of different services to help Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers find tenants.

Finding the right tenants leads to positive outcomes for people with disability and is critical for SDA providers seeking long term tenants. The application stages and experience is just the beginning of the journey for future tenants, but it’s an important one and a good experience can make or break the future tenancy.

Using our extensive SDA experience and networks with key stakeholders, we can help match you with the most suitable tenants for your development.

Our team can provide you with:

  • Support with open days, information sessions, and consultations
  • Management of enquiries and screening for SDA eligibility
  • Preparing shortlist of relevant candidates for your vacancy based on your criteria
  • Advice and support on SDA funding outcomes
  • Support to meet with tenants and establish eligibility and suitability for your specific homes
  • Support in facilitating shared living arrangements
  • Specific consultation, support and training opportunities
