Subscription Service: To list properties on the Housing Hub website housing providers are required to register for the Subscription Service. This subscription to the Housing Hub platform allows providers to list properties and receive enquiries from housing seekers. Tenant Evaluations: Gaining insights from your existing tenants is critical to ensuring long term tenancies and working towards continuous improvement. Our team can support providers to gain valuable feedback into their experiences as independent facilitators.

Our team has supported over 1200 people with disability to get offers for new SDA homes through our work with quality SDA providers. In addition, we’ve supported hundreds of other applicants to go through the application process.

Through this work, the team has gained extensive experience in managing the application processes including expert knowledge on SDA eligibility, tenant suitability and engagement of the SDA community. We engage ongoing and regular communication with SDA tenants to gain valuable insights into best practice SDA.
