Housing Hub Services for Housing Providers
The Housing Hub team offers a range of different services that help housing providers to be providers of choice for potential and existing tenants. Our services include general consulting along with vacancy management, transition management and tenant evaluations.
Subscription Service: To list properties on the Housing Hub website housing providers are required to register for the Subscription Service. This subscription to the Housing Hub platform allows providers to list properties and receive enquiries from housing seekers. You can learn more about the Subscription Service plans and register for the service now through your Provider Portal.
Consulting: Our experienced consultants can support you to gain your own expertise in areas such as (but not limited to) vacancy management, onsite provider selection and oversight, transition management and quality SDA provision for tenants.
Vacancy Management: Using our extensive SDA experience and networks with key stakeholders, we can help match you with the most suitable tenants for your homes. Our team can provide support with open days, information sessions, and promotional opportunities. Furthermore, we can provide direct support with enquiry management and application management, ensuring potential tenants receive the best experience possible, from experts in the field.
Transition Support: Moving into a new home can be difficult for people with high and complex needs and ensuring the process goes well can be the difference between a short-term or a long-term tenant. Our team can support the coordination of tenants moving into your new home including stakeholder management, customisation management and quality customer service.
Tenant Evaluations: Gaining insights from your existing tenants is critical to ensuring long term tenancies and working towards continuous improvement. Our team can support providers to gain valuable feedback into their experiences as independent facilitators.
About our team
Our team has supported over 1200 people with disability to get offers for new SDA homes through our work with quality SDA providers. In addition, we’ve supported hundreds of other applicants to go through the application process.
Through this work, the team has gained extensive experience in managing the application processes including expert knowledge on SDA eligibility, tenant suitability and engagement of the SDA community. We engage ongoing and regular communication with SDA tenants to gain valuable insights into best practice SDA.
