The Housing Hub is excited to announce it has formally separated from the Summer Foundation, becoming its own organisation, and has introduced a fresh new look and feel.

To enhance our impact in the accessible housing sector, the Housing Hub has recently become an independent entity. While our experienced leadership team remains in place, we've welcomed a dedicated new Board committed to delivering our future success.

The decision was made to further legitimise ourselves as Australia’s leading accessible housing organisation, dedicated to supporting people with disability to achieve their home and living goals. This change allows us to sharpen our focus on supporting people with disability and their supporters, along with the Housing Providers who share in our mission.

Today, we can also announce the Housing Hub is now a registered NDIS provider. This accreditation does not change how our Specialist Services team operates; our Home and Living Specialist Service, Hospital to Home, and Aged Care to Home services will continue to operate as usual. Our Specialist Services teams have extensive expertise in supporting people with disability and their existing support teams in achieving their home and living goals – whether they live in the community, aged care facilities, or are stuck in hospital.

As part of this evolution, we've also refreshed our look.

You’ll notice our website, social media, and other communication platforms look a little different. Since its inception in 2017, Housing Hub has not significantly updated its brand, so we are pleased to share our new look and feel with you.

Our new branding was created in collaboration with diverse groups including people with disability to ensure we produced a new brand identity that was both accessible and modernised.

Check out our explainer video below to learn all about these updates.

Importantly, for our Housing Seekers, their supporters and Housing Providers who list on the Housing Hub, it’s business as usual. All information, products, and services, including our Housing Seeker, Housing Provider, and Supporter Portals, along with our specialist, provider, and consultancy services, remain unchanged.

Finally, whether you are a seeker, supporter or provider we’d just like to thank you for being an essential part of this journey. The Housing Hub exists to make a meaningful, positive impact on people's lives. Our team is dedicated to social change and playing our part in improving the lives of others.

Better living starts here.
